SHIPPING OPTIONS (USA)

First-Class Mail - $3   When you spend more than $50, ground shipping (3-7 business days) is on us within all 50 United States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. 

Priority Mail - $10   2 business days within the continental United States; 3 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Express Mail - $32   1 business day within the continental United States; 2 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.


All dates given by True Notions are to the best of our knowledge as provided to us. Tracking number will be emailed once item has been shipped. True Notions is not liable for any delays which may occur during shipping.


RETURNS

All underwear(s) must be returned UNOPENED, UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 calendar days of shipment.

All other merchandise must be returned UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 calendar days of shipment.

Return Instructions

  1. Email us at: Support@TrueNotions.com - Subject line: RETURN

  2. Include a brief detail of your reason for return.

  3. After submission, you will be emailed a return shipping label within 1 business day. Once received, print return label and affix to the outside of the package to be shipped. A copy of the packing slip MUST BE included in the returned package.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected within 48 hours of receipt, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges. All orders must be returned and a new order placed.

 

WARRANTIES

True Notions offers no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

 

RESHIPPING OF MERCHANDISE

True Notions’ policies do not allow merchandise to be reshipped. Any orders shipping to 'Freight Forwarding Companies' will not be accepted. For the time being, True Notions only ships within the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once notified by True Notions of a credit, please allow a few business days for it to process. Depending on your method of payment, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to make sure the changes have been applied.

Please contact us at Support@TrueNotions.com if it has still not been processed after a reasonable amount of time (approximately 10 days).
